Riyadh — Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) announced the appointment of Assem Mohammed Salem Al Hutaymi as an independent board member and Chairman of the audit committee, according to a bourse filing.

The appointment, which remains subject to shareholder approval at the next General Assembly, became effective on 15 October 2026.

Al Hutaymi fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Bader Abdullah Al Hanaki, who stepped down from his board position and committee chairmanship citing professional circumstances.

Moreover, Al Hanaki resigned on 15 October, after he had served in these roles since 12 August 2025.

The newly appointed director, Al Hutaymi, brings 16 years of experience in financial planning, governance, and corporate control. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Sirar by stc and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Al Hutaymi’s term is scheduled to run until the end of the current board cycle on 11 August 2028.
